Scoring and Analysis:
Add up your scores for all the questions and calculate your total out of 75.
Interpretation of Total Score:
- 15 to 30: Low Readiness for Change
- 31 to 45: Moderate Readiness for Change
- 46 to 60: High Readiness for Change
- 61 to 75: Very High Readiness for Change
Recommendations:
- If your score falls in the lower range, focus on building awareness and understanding of the change initiative. Seek support and engage in open communication with stakeholders.
- For moderate readiness scores, concentrate on enhancing motivation and seeking opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
- Stay engaged and proactively contribute to the change process if you have a high readiness score.
