This assessment aims to help you identify your primary leadership style.

Please read each statement carefully and choose the response that best represents your typical behavior in a leadership role.

There are no right or wrong answers; this is simply a tool to gain insight into your leadership tendencies.

For each question, select one option from the following:

  4. Agree

Scoring:

Add up the points for each response as follows:

  • Strongly Disagree: 1 point
  • Disagree: 2 points
  • Neutral: 3 points
  • Agree: 4 points

Interpretation:

1-30 points: Autocratic Leader
31-60 points: Democratic Leader
61-75 points: Transformational Leader
76-90 points: Laissez-Faire Leader
91-75 points: Servant Leader
